Introduction

Sandar Oo had worked with her elderly employer for 4 1/2 months. She handled the daily general housework like dusting of furniture, vacuuming, sweep and mop the floor, cleaning the bathrooms, washing & ironing. assist with cooking & marketing. Before working in Singapore, she had worked 2 years as a housemaid in her home country from Feb 2018 to Mar 2020 for a family of 5, staying in a landed property. Her main duty was taking care of Grandma, 70 yrs old who needs assistance to transfer to wheelchair as her legs are weak. She showered, changed clothes & diapers at night and in the daytime assisted with toileting. In addition, she handled the general household chores such as cleaning, vacuuming, washing windows, laundry, and ironing. She can take care of young children as she took care her own child from birth. She can cook simple Chinese dishes like steam fish, fried fish in black bean paste, stir fry vegetables, fried rice, fried noodles, ABC soup, lotus soup, peanut soup, steam pork patties, porridge and is willing to learn more dishes.
